Positions Within ITEM Software

ITEM Software is always on the lookout for talented and motivated individuals to work with and support our customers. In particular, we are looking for:

• Programmers

• Sales Associates

Responsible for sales of technical/engineering software. Manage existing accounts; client follow-up, Conduct professional internet-based and on-site product demonstrations. Participate in trade shows and client training courses. Promote and sell company products and services. Meet established company objectives and monthly sales goals.

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or engineering, knowledge of engineering concepts and design, mathematics or probability background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Reliability engineering courses, 2-3 years of software or related sales experience would be helpful.

• Technical Support

Responsible for support of technical/engineering software. Provide technical support and product information, client follow-up, and record keeping. Conduct internet-based product demonstrations. Resolve customer issues. Software testing, maintain reports of anomalies / requests / beta inputs. Product documentation and updates.

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or engineering, knowledge of engineering concepts and design, desktop applications, mathematics or probability background. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Reliability engineering courses, knowledge of electronics components and devices, 2-3 years of software or related customer support experience would be helpful.
